Are Jergens® Moisturizers safe to use?
The highest priority of the Jergens Brand and the Kao Brands Company as a whole is the health and well being of our consumers. All Jergens formulas have been thoroughly reviewed and tested to ensure safety. Our moisturizers are non-irritating and dermatologist tested. However, you should follow the same guidelines that apply to any other lotion. For example, this product is intended for external use only and you should avoid eye contact.
Do I use sunscreen before or after applying Jergens® Moisturizers?
Put our moisturizer on first allowing it to absorb then add sunscreen.
Why can’t I get my pump to work?
Sometimes the cap becomes loose during shipping. Tighten the cap. Then, while holding the cap firmly, turn the nozzle counterclockwise until it pops up.
Are there animal derived ingredients in your lotions?
No.
Are Jergens® Moisturizers water based?
Yes.
